The following terms and conditions apply to all design services offered by MS Creative Designs LLC.
By requesting services from MS Creative Designs LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, whether or not you have been provided with a copy.

Matthew Stone, owner of MS Creative Designs LLC, owns the copyright of all content, materials, logos and design elements from within www.mscreativedesigns.com, unless otherwise stated. These elements may not be copied, reproduced, rewritten, published or altered in any way without written permission from Matthew Stone.
On completion of any commissioned design work, full copyright is passed to the client once payment has been received in full. However, MS Creative Designs LLC retains the right to use the final artwork in any portfolios or for marketing/advertising of our services, both on and offline.
The copyright of any earlier concepts or design ideas that may have been supplied to you to preview remains with MS Creative Designs LLC. We retain the right to use such initial concepts in future projects.
MS Creative Designs LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, if a client has already commissioned services from MS Creative Designs LLC prior to any change in prices, the commissioned services will not be subject to any increase, but any subsequent commissions may be subject to an increase.
You have a right to cancel your order at any time. In the event of cancellation you will be invoiced for the cost of the work carried out based on our hourly rate. If no work was completed, you will not be charged.
MS Creative Designs LLC accepts payment by check, credit card, or debit card via PayPal, within 7 days of the date on the invoice. We reserve the right to withhold final design files or withdraw all Web pages until full payment has been received for a project. Any payment returned by our bank will incur an administration charge. This will be invoiced and added to the outstanding debt owed by the customer.
MS Creative Designs LLC may recommend third party suppliers to work alongside us on your design project. These may include printing firms, copywriters, and web developers. Should any of these companies be required, MS Creative Designs will contact them for you and they will bill you separately. MS Creative Designs LLC will not be held responsible for any problems or delays that may occur from using suppliers recommended by us.
MS Creative Designs LLC uses firewall and virus checking software to ensure the security of any e-mails or files we may send to you, from the external threat of hackers and virus infection.
MS Creative Designs LLC reserves the right to refuse to commit to any project that we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise.
The acceptance of a project shall be deemed as a contractual agreement between the client and MS Creative Designs LLC. We cannot always guarantee to start work immediately on a project but will inform the client of estimated timescales upon acceptance of the project.
Photographs, images and text supplied by the client must be the clients own or licensed for use by the client. MS Creative Designs LLC cannot be held responsible for any breach of copyright or any other right caused by reproduction of materials supplied by the client.
The copyright for all material provided by MS Creative Designs, such as graphics, photographs, and text, will remain the property of MS Creative Designs LLC until full payment has been made.
MS Creative Designs LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect from you is used only to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
MS Creative Designs LLC will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or if there is a problem with your Web site that we need to address. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us at any point in the future.
The information we will collect from you in order to work on your design project includes your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. If you have arranged your own hosting, we will also require access to an FTP account on your domain in order to upload/maintain your Web site.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, please let us know and we will delete or correct it promptly.
